This book is a must. It clearly explains each step through the progress in without the medical jargon. I only discovered it after my surgery, but found it a great source of reference as I had little post-op info from my hospital. Definitely recommend it ladies.

I think this book is really well written, informative but also with a light touch. I even learned something new about back ache although mine is mainly caused by a later laminectomy. (three discs collapsed) I was a professional marionette maker and performer so these things happen to ones back.
I loved the nurturing side of the to the book, as a retired therapist, positive thinking and taking care of ones self is essential and here it all is The How and the why and the when. Well done!
