Would exposure to the chemical Acrylamide through semi regular inhalation of the chemical vapors over a number of years be considered high risk for the development of Womb Cancer ? ? ?
I have just had a hysterectomy and the pathology tests showed Endometrioid carcinoma, FIGO 2, (moderately differentiated). Cancer is unknown in my family. I work in an environment where I am semi regularly inhaling Acrylamide vapors which are vented into my lab/office through a drainage vent. Should I be concerned that this may have lead to the development of my cancer ???? We have an unusually high number of women working in the same building who have either had a hysterectomy or have associated reproductive health problems. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated, thank you
