Its hard to believe in this day and age that a woman can be left to fend for herself. I do hope she makes a good recovery. I am a 49 year old woman due to have an abdominal hysterectomy in September this year. I live in a homeless hostel and have no friends or family. I am concerned because I will have no help or care post op and I'm going to have to go through it all alone. It would be nice to have someone to talk to. I don't know what I'm going to do about cooking, shopping and laundry. I don't know how fit I'll be and what to do if my condition deteriorates. The whole situation is really terrifying and I feel like I want to run away although I have nowhere to go to. Thanks for listening.
