Hello, and thanks so much for your message on the hysterectomy association website and thanks also for your interest in 101 handy hints for a happy hysterectomy. I thought it would be easier to email you. The easiest way to buy 101 handy hints if you are outside the UK is the ebook version, this means that there is no postage to pay as it comes to you via the web, but it does mean you will have to print it out on a printer yourself. The cost in sterling is £4.99, which is roughly $10.00 - depending on the current exchange rate.
